What You will Do: • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services for clients and internal operations. • Administer and support solutions across Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure File Services, Exchange Online, and Windows Intune. • Configure and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity environments. • Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments as part of hybrid infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud and hybrid environments. • Monitor system health, performance, and security, implementing best practices and optimizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud strategies that align with business needs. • Provide technical support and documentation for cloud configurations, procedures, and guidelines. • Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements. Proven expertise in: • Azure Active Directory • Azure Virtual Desktop • Office 365 • Google Workspace • Azure File Services • Exchange Online • Azure AD Connect • Windows Server • Windows Intune • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, CompTIA Cloud+) are a strong plus.
