Responcibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized hydrotherapy treatment plans.
Administer aquatic therapy sessions aimed at improving physical function and reducing pain.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hydrotherapy into comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
Maintain a safe and hygienic aquatic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Educate patients and their families on the benefits and techniques of hydrotherapy.
Document treatment sessions and patient responses accurately and timely.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in physiotherapy or hydrotherapy from a recognized institution.
Certification or specialized training in hydrotherapy techniques.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aquatic therapy or related rehabilitation roles.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and support patients.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare standards and regulations is preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
