Responcibilities

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards within all operational activities.
Identify opportunities for process automation and technology integration to improve efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support operational needs.
Drive risk management initiatives to safeguard organizational assets and reputation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience of at least 7 years in operations leadership roles, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Strong understanding of operational best practices and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance improvements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management and operational software tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
