Responcibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate patient scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Ensure high standards of patient care and address any service issues promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare facility management within the UAE or similar markets.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets efficiently.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
