Responcibilities

Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and monitoring activities closely.
Assess swimmers’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and skill development for each student.
Prepare and maintain swimming equipment and pool facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.

Requirements

Certified swimming instructor qualification recognized in the UAE.
Proven experience teaching swimming to various age groups, including children and adults.
Strong knowledge of water safety and emergency response procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and encourage learners in a positive manner.
Physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate swimming techniques and supervise pool activities.
