Responcibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and health and safety regulations.
- Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care processes.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license recognized in the UAE with registration at the appropriate level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical nursing role, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and patients.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare documentation systems.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical nursing practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
