Responcibilities

  • Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care processes.

Requirements

  • Valid nursing license recognized in the UAE with registration at the appropriate level.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical nursing role, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and patients.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare documentation systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical nursing practices.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
