Responcibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with scoliosis to develop individualized Schroth therapy plans.
Implement Schroth exercises and techniques to improve posture, spinal alignment, and respiratory function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support therapy goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic specialists and physiotherapists to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
Stay informed about the latest developments in scoliosis treatment and Schroth methodology.

Requirements

Certified Schroth Therapist with recognized training in scoliosis-specific exercises.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering Schroth therapy or related physiotherapy services.
Strong understanding of spinal anatomy, biomechanics, and scoliosis management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
