Responcibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, groups, and families facing various mental health challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies and UAE regulations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology to enhance service delivery.
Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives as required.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Psychology from a recognized institution.
Valid professional license or certification to practice psychology in the UAE.
Proven experience in clinical or counseling psychology, preferably within healthcare or community settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Familiarity with UAE mental health laws and ethical standards.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
