Responcibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
- Manage daily ward operations, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities and patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient safety.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license recognized in the UAE.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical nursing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in patient care management and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
