Responcibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license recognized in the UAE.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
