We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Software Implementation Executive to join our organization in Dubai. The role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions to ensure smooth deployment and adoption across the organization or client sites. The Software Implementation Executive will work closely with internal teams and end users to deliver successful system rollouts, user training, and post-implementation support while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software systems according to defined business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute software deployment activities.
- Conduct system setup, data migration, testing, and user acceptance support.
- Provide end-user training, system demonstrations, and usage documentation.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely technical support.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain implementation documentation, process workflows, and configuration records.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure software implementations comply with organizational policies and security standards.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation, application support, or system deployment roles.
- Strong understanding of software systems, databases, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and user training.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and deadlines effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, ERP, CRM, or HMIS implementations is an advantage.
