We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our clinic in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact, playing a vital role in delivering a positive patient experience through excellent communication, organization, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors professionally and ensure a warm, welcoming experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Register patients, verify details, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle billing support, insurance coordination, and basic payment processing as required.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, DHA guidelines, and data privacy standards.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and medical insurance processes is an advantage.
