We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our clinic in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management. The HR Manager will lead recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and HR operations while partnering closely with senior management to drive a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, DHA regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage visa processing, licensing, and PRO-related activities in coordination with external agencies.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or hospitals is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
