We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with extensive experience in managing strategic and operational human resource functions within a dynamic organization in Dubai. The role involves overseeing HR planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This position requires strong leadership, a people-focused approach, and the ability to implement policies that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of HR best practices with the ability to develop innovative programs for talent development, retention, and workforce engagement. By leading a results-driven HR function, the manager will play a vital role in shaping the workplace culture, driving compliance, and supporting long-term business goals. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for key roles across departments - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems - Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices - Oversee payroll coordination, visa processing, and PRO activities - Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff development programs - Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives - Maintain and update HR records and reports in accordance with internal standards - Advise management on HR strategy, compliance, and workforce planning - Liaise with external vendors for insurance, training, and HR system support Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3–4 years of HR management experience in Dubai - Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa procedures - Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Experience with HRMS or employee management software - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach - Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
