We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 2–4 years of UAE experience to join a modern senior healthcare and wellness facility in Dubai that combines clinical services with a vibrant, community-focused environment. The role is centered on providing compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting holistic programs designed to enhance dignity, independence, and quality of life for elderly clients. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring health needs, and collaborating with physicians and therapy teams to implement effective treatment and wellness plans. In addition to clinical duties, the nurse will contribute to wellness initiatives and social engagement activities, fostering a supportive and active atmosphere for clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach that prioritizes safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients under approved medical protocols. - Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed. - Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly. - Assist doctors during medical examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update electronic health records. - Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and aftercare. - Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide integrated patient care. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow approved protocols. - Support continuous improvement and uphold DHA/DOH/MOH standards. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. - Valid UAE Registered Nurse (RN) license (DHA/DOH/MOH). - Minimum 3 years of proven nursing experience in the UAE. - Strong clinical knowledge and patient care expertise. - Proficiency in medical equipment handling and nursing procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Knowledge of UAE healthcare laws, compliance, and patient confidentiality. - Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
