We are hiring a qualified Plastic Surgeon with 10+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in UAE) to join a modern, technology-driven aesthetic and medical clinic. The Plastic Surgeon will perform advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures to enhance, reconstruct, and restore appearance and function, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and aesthetics. The role involves working within an environment that emphasizes German-standard diagnostics, patient-centered care, and state-of-the-art technology. You will consult with patients, design treatment plans, and deliver exceptional results in line with cutting-edge practices. You will also play a key role in maintaining trust through precision, integrity, and commitment to clinical excellence. Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct patient consultations to evaluate needs and recommend suitable procedures - Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, including facial, body, and reconstructive procedures - Ensure safe surgical practices, anesthesia coordination, and post-operative care - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical needs - Manage pre- and post-operative follow-up care to ensure successful recovery and results - Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records in compliance with DHA requirements - Stay updated on the latest techniques, technologies, and advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery - Provide guidance to nursing staff, assistants, and healthcare team members - Ensure adherence to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards - Counsel patients with professionalism and empathy regarding risks, benefits, and expected outcomes Requirements - DHA license as a General Surgeon / Plastic Surgeon in Dubai - Minimum of 10+ years of proven surgical experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE - Strong expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures - Demonstrated excellence in patient care, diagnosis, and surgical execution - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
