Responcibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on aesthetic procedures and techniques to healthcare professionals.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to tailor training sessions to specific organizational needs.
Develop training materials, manuals, and visual aids to support effective learning.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during practical training sessions.
Facilitate workshops and hands-on demonstrations to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in aesthetic training or a related clinical role within the healthcare or beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in aesthetics or medical training.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
