Responcibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales management, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
