Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales management, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
