Responcibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans based on ABA principles.
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families and educators, to support holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies in daily environments.
- Stay current with advancements in ABA methodologies and integrate best practices into therapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, or related field; BCBA certification preferred.
- Proven experience delivering ABA therapy, preferably within clinical or educational settings.
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and cultural sensitivity.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
