Responcibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline progress regularly.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall business development efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development within the IT industry, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
