Responcibilities

Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.
Organize exclusive events, social engagements, and leisure activities tailored to client preferences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer personalized solutions to enhance their lifestyle.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions and transactions.
Manage budgets and expenses related to lifestyle services efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury service providers and venues.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of client lifestyle management.

Requirements

Proven experience in lifestyle management, personal assistance, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
Familiarity with luxury brands, services, and the UAE market is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
