Responcibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive pain management plans tailored to orthopedic patients.
Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Assess and monitor patients’ pain levels, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
Provide expert guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain relief methods.
Lead educational sessions for clinical staff on the latest pain management techniques and best practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews to support complex patient care decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pain management services.

Requirements

Medical degree with specialization in pain management, anesthesiology, or orthopedics.
Proven experience managing orthopedic pain in a clinical setting, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of current pain management protocols and pharmacology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyze patient data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in pain management.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
