Responcibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
Monitor project performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT projects within the UAE or similar markets.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
