Responcibilities

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess clients' mental, emotional, and social needs.
Develop tailored wellness plans that address individual goals and challenges.
Provide guidance on stress management, lifestyle changes, and coping strategies.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client support.
Stay updated on wellness trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Facilitate group workshops and wellness programs as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
Proven experience in wellness counselling or a similar role within the UAE or comparable markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
Familiarity with mental health resources and referral processes in the UAE.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Certification or training in counselling techniques or wellness coaching is preferred.
