Responcibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end software implementation process for clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize software solutions according to client requirements.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users during and after implementation.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely deployment.
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation phase.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.
Document implementation processes and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in developing best practices and standard operating procedures for software deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in software implementation or project coordination roles.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and implementation methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in implementation projects.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with UAE business practices and client expectations is an advantage.
