Responcibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Coordinate patient scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimize clinic performance.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and cost control measures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality and satisfaction.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to maintain high competency levels.
Address patient concerns promptly and effectively to uphold the clinic’s reputation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare facility management within the UAE or similar markets.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
