Responcibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing lessons learned.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably within the UAE or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2 is highly desirable.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and business processes.
