Responcibilities

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and related conditions.
Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to manage and reduce lymphedema symptoms effectively.
Educate patients and their families on self-care strategies and preventive measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in lymphedema management.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols within the clinical setting.

Requirements

Certification in Lymphedema Therapy from a recognized institution.
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physiotherapy with a focus on lymphedema management.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to lymphatic disorders.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Valid UAE professional license or eligibility to obtain one.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
