Responcibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project goals.
Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Support project management activities by tracking progress and managing deliverables.
Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the UAE market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of project management principles and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
