Responcibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and professional development to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and clinic workflows.
Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement to support clinic needs.
Address patient concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to elevate clinical services and operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing healthcare facilities or clinics, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards applicable in the region.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
Ability to handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
Proficient in healthcare management software and MS Office applications.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
