Responcibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring and change management.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
