Responcibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring and change management.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
