Responcibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate performance management systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring and change management.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
