We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our organization, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that support business objectives, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and resource planning to implementation and post-deployment support—while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, industry best practices, and governance standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, technical understanding, risk management capability, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects across infrastructure, software, systems integration, and digital initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, vendors, and business users to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage dependencies and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project status reports, timelines, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to information security policies, compliance requirements, and IT standards.
- Manage change requests, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement, process optimization, and best practices in project management.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments is an advantage.
