- Deliver one-to-one therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings as required.
- Apply behavior modification techniques including positive reinforcement, prompting, shaping, task analysis, and behavior reduction strategies.
- Collect, record, and analyze accurate behavioral data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Monitor client responses, reassess goals, and support modifications to intervention plans as directed by the supervising clinician.
- Educate parents and caregivers on behavior strategies and support generalization of skills across environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, educators, and therapists to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations.
- Uphold ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and quality assurance standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.

- Eligibility for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing or authorization to practice in the UAE.
- Proven clinical experience as an ABA Therapist, preferably working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and caregiver education skills.
- Ability to manage therapy sessions independently while following structured treatment plans.
