We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Aesthetic Trainer to join our healthcare or aesthetic education facility, responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and practical instruction in medical and non-medical aesthetic procedures. This role plays a key part in developing clinical competence, safety awareness, and professional excellence among aesthetic practitioners, while ensuring adherence to international best practices and UAE regulatory standards. The Aesthetic Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs, conducting hands-on workshops, and evaluating trainee performance in line with approved curricula and industry standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, teaching ability, and effective collaboration with clinical and academic teams, while maintaining accurate training records and measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver structured aesthetic training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
- Provide hands-on practical training and demonstrations in aesthetic procedures such as injectables, skin treatments, and device-based therapies (as per scope of practice).
- Train participants on patient assessment, facial anatomy, treatment planning, product selection, and post-procedure care.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and ethical practice during all training sessions.
- Assess trainee competency through evaluations, practical assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clinical, academic, and regulatory teams to ensure training content meets DHA / DOH / MOH requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
- Support continuous professional development initiatives and mentoring of aesthetic practitioners.
- Uphold institutional policies, quality assurance standards, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements
- Medical degree, nursing degree, or recognized qualification in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility to practice and/or train in the UAE (as applicable).
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Practitioner and/or Aesthetic Trainer in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong expertise in aesthetic treatments, facial anatomy, and evidence-based aesthetic practices.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and hands-on practical training effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance.
