We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Programmer to join our organization in Dubai. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications and systems to support business operations. The Programmer will work closely with internal teams to understand requirements, write clean and efficient code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems as per business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Ensure software security, data protection, and system integrity.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and version control management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical support when required.
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and platforms as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases, APIs, and application frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in the UAE or with enterprise systems is an advantage.
