We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse to join our aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Dubai. The role involves assisting in and performing non-surgical aesthetic treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. The Aesthetic Nurse plays a key role in supporting doctors during procedures, delivering nurse-led treatments within scope, and maintaining clinical excellence in line with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors in aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and minor dermatological procedures.
- Perform nurse-led aesthetic treatments within approved scope of practice and clinic protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments, prepare treatment areas, and ensure informed consent is obtained.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical reports.
- Prepare, handle, and manage aesthetic equipment, consumables, and medications safely.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and manage post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and ethical standards.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in aesthetic or dermatology nursing (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables assistance, and laser procedures.
- Strong understanding of patient care, infection control, and clinical safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
