We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Slimming Trainer to join our wellness and aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering personalized slimming, body contouring, and weight-management programs using non-invasive technologies and guided lifestyle support. The Slimming Trainer plays a key role in client transformation by conducting assessments, delivering safe and effective treatments, and maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, hands-on treatment expertise, and a passion for health, fitness, and body wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations, body assessments, and progress evaluations.
- Design and implement customized slimming and body-shaping programs aligned with client goals.
- Perform non-invasive slimming and body contouring treatments using approved equipment and protocols.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, realistic outcomes, aftercare, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Monitor client progress, document results, and adjust programs as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards at all times.
- Maintain and prepare slimming equipment, ensuring proper usage and routine checks.
- Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and therapists to deliver integrated wellness solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant slimming packages and wellness programs ethically and professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Slimming Therapy, Fitness Training, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Slimming Trainer, Body Contouring Therapist, or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with non-invasive slimming technologies (e.g., cavitation, RF, EMS, cryolipolysis, vacuum therapy).
- Strong understanding of body composition, fat reduction, lymphatic drainage, and basic nutrition principles.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and motivational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Knowledge of DHA and UAE healthcare compliance standards is an advantage.
