We are hiring a Part-Time Gastroenterologist to join one of our clients’ healthcare facilities in Dubai on a revenue-sharing basis. This role is ideal for a highly qualified specialist who will provide expert consultation, diagnostic, and therapeutic gastroenterology services while operating under a flexible schedule. The Gastroenterologist will diagnose and manage disorders of the digestive system, perform endoscopic procedures, and ensure high standards of patient care in line with international best practices and DHA regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced specialists seeking a performance-based revenue model within a well-established clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive consultations and diagnostic assessments for gastrointestinal conditions.
- Diagnose and manage disorders of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.
- Perform endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy as per scope of practice.
- Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and biopsies to formulate accurate treatment plans.
- Provide medical management for chronic GI conditions including IBS, IBD, GERD, and liver diseases.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, clinical governance, and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to service growth and patient engagement initiatives under the revenue-sharing model.

Key Requirements

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Specialization in Gastroenterology with completed residency and/or fellowship training.
- Valid DHA license to practice as a Gastroenterologist in Dubai.
- Proven experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
- Strong clinical expertise in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, performance-based engagement model.
