We are seeking an Aesthetic Gynaecologist to deliver both medical and cosmetic gynaecologic care combining surgical precision and aesthetic sensibility. The role involves performing advanced minimally invasive and aesthetic procedures in a day-surgery environment, emphasizing safety, patient comfort, and modern clinical technology. The specialist will consult with patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and apply regenerative and aesthetic principles to enhance outcomes. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and commitment to clinical excellence in UAE or equivalent settings are required. The position also includes contributing to protocols that blend aesthetic gynaecology with minimally invasive day surgery best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic gynaecology procedures, including laser vaginal rejuvenation and PRP
- Diagnose and treat common gynaecological conditions in a clinical outpatient setting
- Consult with patients to assess needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient history, diagnosis, and treatment outcomes
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and monitor patient recovery
- Stay updated with trends in cosmetic gynaecology and introduce new techniques
- Build long-term patient relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Collaborate with other clinic specialists as needed for holistic care
- Comply with all DHA regulations and clinical quality protocols
- Support patient education and awareness related to aesthetic gynaecology

Requirements
- DHA license or eligibility as a Specialist or Consultant Gynaecologist in Dubai
- 5–6 years of experience in clinical and aesthetic gynaecology
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, fillers, and PRP
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills with a patient-first approach
- Knowledge of functional gynaecology, hormonal therapies, and wellness-based treatments to work independently in a revenue-sharing model
- Familiarity with clinic-based software and electronic records
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable with flexible working hours based on appointments
