We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide safe and effective anesthesia care within a modern day-surgery environment. The role involves administering anesthesia for a range of surgical and aesthetic procedures, monitoring patients throughout the perioperative process, and ensuring optimal pain management and safety. The Anesthesiologist will play a vital role in supporting multidisciplinary teams, utilizing advanced technologies, and delivering patient-centered care that aligns with international standards. This position requires strong clinical expertise, precision, and at least 5 years of UAE or equivalent experience. Roles and Responsibilities - Administer anesthesia for surgeries and diagnostic procedures as per protocol - Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels throughout procedures - Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and explain risks to patients - Ensure safe recovery of patients post-anesthesia and manage pain control - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff during procedures - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation - Follow DHA regulations and clinic protocols for safety and hygiene - Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and manage complications - Participate in audits, case reviews, and quality improvement activities - Stay updated with new anesthesia techniques and pharmacology developments Requirements - Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice as an Anesthesiologist in Dubai - Minimum 2 years of experience practicing in the UAE healthcare system - Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology - Proficiency in general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques - Strong patient monitoring and emergency response skills - Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments - Familiarity with electronic health records and anesthesia documentation - Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Fluency in English; other language skills are a plus
