We are seeking a Receptionist with 1–2 years of UAE experience to join a premium multi-specialty medical clinic. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless, patient-friendly experience. The receptionist will represent the clinic’s brand excellence and contribute to an environment of professionalism and trust. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the clinic’s high standards of care and service. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a polished communication style, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. By supporting both patients and staff, the receptionist will help maintain smooth daily operations and enhance the overall patient journey. Roles and Responsibilities - Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner - Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries regarding appointments and services - Schedule and manage patient appointments using clinic software - Verify insurance details, eligibility, and coordinate approvals if needed - Upsell clinic services and packages during patient interactions - Maintain accurate patient records and update the database regularly - Manage front-desk billing, receipts, and invoicing support - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow - Support marketing and promotion efforts at the reception level - Handle customer feedback and resolve basic complaints professionally Requirements - 2–4 years of experience as a receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting - Experience in sales and upselling services to patients is essential - Knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes and portal systems - Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability - Ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment - Familiarity with Dubai healthcare procedures and insurance terms - Well-groomed, professional appearance and conduct - Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
