We are seeking a Registered Nurse with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join a modern healthcare facility in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to medical standards, and supporting doctors and specialists in daily clinical procedures. The nurse will play a vital role in promoting patient well-being, monitoring recovery, and providing compassionate care in line with DHA regulations. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide professional nursing care to patients under physician supervision - Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed - Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs accurately - Assist doctors in examinations, treatments, and minor procedures - Maintain patient records and update electronic medical systems regularly - Educate patients and families about treatment plans and aftercare instructions - Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols at all times - Respond to medical emergencies promptly and follow approved protocols - Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality healthcare standards - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification - Valid UAE Registered Nurse (RN) license (DHA/DOH/MOH) - Minimum 3 years of proven nursing experience in the UAE - Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards - Proficiency in handling medical equipment and healthcare documentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff - Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospital or clinic environment - Knowledge of UAE healthcare compliance, patient safety, and confidentiality - Team-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
