We are hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Emirati to support regulatory, compliance, and government liaison activities for a leading organization in Dubai. The role will involve managing official documentation, processing government transactions, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The PRO will serve as a key point of contact with ministries and government authorities, ensuring smooth operations for both employees and the business. This position requires strong knowledge of UAE regulations, excellent organizational skills, and a professional approach to handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building positive working relationships with government officials. By ensuring timely completion of legal and regulatory requirements, the PRO will play a vital role in supporting business continuity and compliance standards. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage all government-related documentation and administrative procedures - Coordinate with Amer services for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations - Ensure timely submission of applications to UAE ministries and authorities - Maintain accurate records of company licenses, permits, and legal documents - Assist employees with labor cards, medical tests, and residency permits - Handle communication and correspondence with government offices and officials - Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws - Support management with documentation for company setup and renewals - Provide guidance to employees on government processes and requirements - Represent the company in official meetings and interactions with authorities Requirements - Emirati nationality is mandatory for this role - Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Amer services or similar functions - Graduate or Diploma certification required - Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English - Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems - Ability to manage multiple government processes simultaneously - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach - Willingness to work in a fast-paced administrative environment
