We are seeking a Beauty Therapist with proven experience in delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments within a modern clinic setting in Dubai. The role focuses on providing high-quality therapies that enhance skin health, body wellness, and overall appearance. The therapist will perform a wide range of beauty procedures while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care. This position requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in both traditional and advanced beauty therapies, capable of tailoring treatments to meet individual needs, and committed to supporting the clinic’s reputation for excellence. Roles and Responsibilities - Perform a range of facial and body treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and massage - Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans and homecare - Carry out non-invasive procedures such as HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and chemical peels - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment - Upsell skincare products and additional services to clients based on needs - Keep accurate client treatment records and progress notes - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals - Stay updated with industry trends, products, and new beauty techniques - Collaborate with other wellness and aesthetic professionals as needed - Comply with DHA and clinic protocols for safety and quality Requirements - Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a spa or clinic setting - DHA license or eligibility is preferred (or willing to obtain) - Certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology from a recognized institute - Hands-on experience with skincare machines and non-invasive treatments - Strong communication and client relationship skills - Ability to recommend and sell skincare products effectively - Knowledge of skin types, concerns, and treatment protocols - Professional grooming and a customer-focused approach - Familiarity with appointment systems and client record software - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
