We are seeking a Personal Assistant (Male) to support senior leadership in a dynamic, innovation-driven organization. The role involves handling executive tasks, communications, and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a reliable right hand, managing schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational flow. This position requires excellent discretion, proactive problem solving, and the ability to adapt in a modern, client-facing setting. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required - Handle confidential documents and correspondence with professionalism - Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders - Manage emails, calls, and daily communication flow - Support with personal tasks, errands, and logistics as needed - Maintain organized filing systems for records and documentation - Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries as required - Monitor deadlines and follow up on action points - Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and urgency Requirements - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and handle pressure - Well-groomed and presentable with a courteous demeanor - Flexible with working hours and available for urgent tasks when required - Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with VIPs and senior management - Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
