We are seeking a Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Emirati to serve as a frontline liaison for patients, delivering exceptional service and support in a busy outpatient surgery and aesthetic clinic environment. This role demands excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to foster trust and reassurance. You will manage patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and coordination across departments to ensure seamless patient experiences. This position requires someone with a client-centric mindset, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of healthcare service expectations. Roles and Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently - Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure service quality - Follow communication scripts and company guidelines for consistent service delivery - Support sales and service teams by forwarding qualified leads and feedback - Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality - Manage customer correspondence via email, chat, and other digital platforms - Ensure compliance with UAE customer service standards and company policies - Contribute to team performance goals and service level achievements Requirements - Emirati nationality is mandatory for this role - Minimum 2–3 years of proven customer service or call center experience - Graduate or Diploma certification required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred - Ability to handle multiple customer interactions under pressure - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach - Willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment
