We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead human capital strategy in a dynamic, growth-focused financial services environment committed to excellence, clarity, and innovation. The role involves shaping end-to-end HR operations, fostering high performance, accelerating talent development, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, enabling scalability, building strong employee engagement, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, strong people skills, and the ability to translate business goals into HR practices that drive efficiency and growth. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead recruitment strategies and manage the full hiring lifecycle across departments - Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions - Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR standards - Supervise payroll processing, visa procedures, and PRO coordination - Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs - Conduct training needs analysis and organize learning initiatives - Advise leadership on workforce planning, HR strategy, and policy improvements - Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation - Oversee HR audits, annual reviews, and continuous improvement efforts Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - 5–6 years of HR management experience in Dubai - Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance practices - Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation - Proficiency in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools - Excellent communication and leadership skills - High level of integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive matters - Ability to manage change and influence organizational culture - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
