We are seeking a Personal Assistant (Female) to provide high-level support in a dynamic, tech-driven investment environment focused on finance, scale, and strategic impact. The role involves managing executive schedules, facilitating communications, and coordinating operations to help leadership stay focused on growth, innovation, and excellence. You will act as a reliable partner, streamlining operational workflows, organizing meetings and travel, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth executive functioning. This position requires strong discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and a polished, proactive approach. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and represent leadership with professionalism and clarity. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. - Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. - Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline communication. - Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure secure and accessible documentation. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support executives with decision-making by providing relevant data and updates. - Oversee event planning, business meetings, and coordination of office resources. - Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and office requirements as needed. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential information effectively. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments. - Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
