We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs and branding assets that reflect prestige, luxury, and a boutique service experience in a premium real estate and investment environment. The role involves developing creative visuals for property marketing, digital and print campaigns, social media content, and client-presentations. You will work to ensure every asset aligns with brand identity, bespoke aesthetic, and high-quality standards. This position demands strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate exclusive client requests into designs that communicate trust, elegance, and professional excellence. Roles and Responsibilities - Design and produce high-quality illustrations, branding projects, and digital/print creatives. - Develop engaging layouts and graphics for social media, marketing, and advertising campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to deliver brand-consistent designs. - Ensure all creative outputs align with company branding guidelines and visual identity. - Prepare final artwork files for both digital platforms and print production. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas. - Adapt and repurpose designs for different channels and formats as required. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Requirements - Minimum 1–3 years of proven graphic design experience. - Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding projects, and digital/print creatives. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Good understanding of layouts, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy. - Awareness of the latest design trends, tools, and usability practices. - Strong creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
