We are hiring a Registered Nurse with proven clinical experience in the UAE to deliver high-quality nursing care within a modern healthcare setting. The role involves supporting physicians, monitoring patients, and providing evidence-based care while ensuring safety and compliance with local healthcare regulations. The nurse will play a key role in patient education, treatment assistance, and overall wellbeing, working in a supportive and patient-focused environment. In addition to routine care, the nurse will actively participate in preventive health programs, contribute to patient recovery plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the patient experience within a dynamic and compassionate environment. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients under physician supervision - Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed - Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and update charts accurately - Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures - Maintain and update patient medical records in electronic health systems - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and aftercare - Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations - Respond quickly to emergencies and provide immediate nursing support - Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated patient care - Support continuous improvement and quality healthcare initiatives Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification - Valid UAE Registered Nurse (RN) license (DHA/DOH/MOH) - 2–3 years of proven nursing experience in the UAE - Strong clinical knowledge of nursing practices and procedures - Proficiency in medical equipment use and healthcare documentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff - Ability to work effectively in hospitals, clinics, or outpatient settings - Knowledge of UAE healthcare compliance and patient confidentiality standards - Team-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
